This includes helping you make all of the tricky decisions. Helping you choose a venue. Helping you source and select suppliers. Liaising with all of these service providers.
Creating a custom wedding timeline for you, as well as a personalised budget. I will keep everything on track throughout the planning process with regular meetings and regular communication, and will involve you as much as you wish to be involved.
I will accompany you to whatever appointments you need me at – need an extra set of eyes at your wedding dress fitting, or at your make-up trial, or just a shoulder to cry on at any given time? I’m your girl!
You will start by completing my wedding questionnaire and we will have an initial meeting where we will get to know each other and I will get to understand your unique relationship. I will then create a design plan that is unique to you and unique to your wedding day-to-be.
I want to make all of your wedding dreams come true! I will coordinate every detail in the lead-up to the big day, and I will coordinate the set-up, the service and the breakdown of the wedding. The day will just happen seamlessly around you, and you will marry the love of your life and enjoy the party!
THE INVESTMENT
For full scale wedding coordination and support, my clients typically invest 10% of their overall wedding budget to work with me. I recommend using my support for the full planning process as it is the most stress-free option in creating a drop-dead gorgeous wedding celebration.
However, not all weddings are the same, and I am happy to work on an event-by-event basis when quoting you. Every couple has different
needs and different levels of involvement in the planning of their wedding day, and I will quote you based on what you require from
me in the coordination process.
